After spending twelve years in the investment banking industry, Ammar Al-Sultan decided to follow his passion and traveled to Paris to study the art of French pastry making in one of the leading gastronomy schools in France, Ferrandi, L'ecole Francais de Gastronomie.


He followed his education by working in some of the finest patisseries in Paris, the likes of Pierre Hermes, Jaques Genin and Carl Marletti.


With the creation of L'Amande in Kuwait, we now share with you his passion.
